EntizNet Privacy Notice US beta publication — version us-2026-09-30-v1 Effective date: activated publication date shown with this version.
1. Who is responsible EntizNet is currently operated as a pre-incorporation project for the intended US entity Entiznet LLC. Formation is pending and this Notice does not represent completed incorporation. No public mailing address is currently designated. Privacy contact: privacysupport@entiznet.com. This Notice describes EntizNet, including its CreatorNet, EntiZly, ChannelStudio and EntizNetStore access. A linked service or independent seller may have its own notice for information it independently collects. We identify those roles when a relevant feature is enabled. This Notice does not represent an unformed LLC as an existing company.
2. Information we collect and sources Account information: email, credentials managed through our authentication service, user ID, selected roles, profile details, locale/timezone preferences and legal-version acceptance records, supplied by you or generated during registration and use. Verification information: identity documents, verification images, age/identity results, business credentials, license details, consent and rights records supplied by you, your authorized organization or a verification process. These may contain sensitive identifiers. We do not publish verification documents as profile content. Content and communications: posts, uploaded media, comments, follows, messages and metadata, reports, support cases and moderation/appeal records supplied by users and generated through interactions. Operational information: request, device/browser and connection metadata, session activity, security and abuse events, error records and notification state generated by use of the service or returned by service providers. Feature-specific information, only when enabled: booking/service details, contact and delivery information, order/payment references, transaction status, refunds, earnings and payout eligibility. Identity information may be required by a processor under its own notice. Do not send full card credentials through messages or support. Some information can reveal sensitive matters, including age, government identifiers, message contents, adult-content interests, sexual orientation or intimate-life information voluntarily disclosed. We do not require you to state sexual orientation merely to create an account. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information or information about another person without authority.
3. Why we use information We use information to create and administer accounts; authenticate sessions; verify adult eligibility, licenses and rights; deliver the features you request; enforce visibility and entitlement rules; prevent fraud and abuse; moderate and respond to reports; support users; preserve versioned consent/acceptance evidence; reconcile enabled transactions; send relevant service communications; investigate errors; and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing and nonessential tracking require the choices and controls applicable to that processing. Accepting this Notice does not authorize them. We do not use private verification documents as public advertising material. We do not infer that a public profile gives permission to disclose private documents or messages.
4. Public information and private access Public profile fields and public posts are visible to their selected audience and may be copied or indexed. Other users receive information needed for your chosen interaction, not a general right to your account records. Paid or private content access depends on enabled features and permission. Verification files, private content and account records are intended to be protected by restricted access. Authorized personnel may access information as necessary for verification, support, moderation, security or legal duties. Private messages are not described as end-to-end encrypted: service processing and authorized review may occur for these purposes. No internet system can guarantee perfect security.
5. Service providers and other disclosures We use service providers for hosting, database/storage/authentication, operational security and, when configured, transactional email/SMS, translation, verification and payments. The current technical stack includes Vercel and Supabase; Resend, Telnyx and translation/payment providers receive relevant data only as their integrations are enabled and used. We provide data needed for their task and applicable legal/provider obligations. Translation of submitted text may send that text to the configured translation provider; do not submit unnecessary identifiers or verification documents for translation. We may disclose information to parties you authorize; counterparties as needed for an enabled transaction; authorities or others where legally required or necessary for lawful safety, fraud prevention or claims; or a successor in a legitimate business transaction subject to applicable protections and notice. We do not treat seller or studio membership as unlimited permission to access a person’s private data. The initial release does not enable nonessential advertising trackers or a data-sale program. Before introducing sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, unrelated AI training or a materially new sensitive-data use, we must assess applicable rules, update disclosures and implement required consent/opt-out controls. This statement is specific to that release scope, not a claim that every future integration has been audited.
6. Cookies, sessions and choices Necessary cookies and similar storage support authentication, security, adult-access acknowledgement and saved preferences. An adult-access acknowledgement does not itself establish verified age. Language and currency preferences do not determine legal eligibility. Optional communications can be managed through Account Security where offered. Necessary account/security or transaction notices may continue while relevant. SMS is optional unless a particular separately disclosed process requires it; providing a phone number alone does not consent to marketing texts. Consent to optional marketing is not a condition of buying a service. Nonessential tracking must stay disabled until the required choice mechanism and provider behavior are verified.
7. Retention and deletion We retain information only for the operational purpose and lawful need applicable to it, considering account status, consent/rights, investigation needs, transaction obligations and legal claims. Records with a valid legal hold or mandatory retention requirement cannot be purged merely on request. Verification and performer records require separate assessment; this Notice does not promise immediate destruction of records the law requires us to retain. A deletion request starts a review and removal process; deactivation restricts access but is not proof that all copies have been purged. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until their normal expiration, and restoration must preserve applicable deletion restrictions. Public content copied by others is outside our technical control. The current operational retention schedule, including account/security logs, messages/content, verification/rights records, support/moderation records and backups, is published at https://entiznet.com/privacy/retention. Category-specific exceptions may apply where law, safety, disputes or legal holds require them.
8. Access, correction, export and privacy requests Use Account Security for available data-export, session and lifecycle controls. Use the privacy category at /support when signed in, or contact privacysupport@entiznet.com when you cannot sign in. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction or other rights applicable to you. An export may exclude other people’s private information, security secrets, privileged material or legally restricted records. We may verify a request proportionately to its sensitivity and accept an authorized agent where required. We do not request more information than reasonably needed for verification. If we deny a request, we provide applicable reasons and appeal options; send an appeal to the privacy contact and identify the request. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies, including lawful extensions and explanations where permitted. You may contact the relevant regulator if unresolved. We do not retaliate or unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
9. US state privacy rights Depending on residence, applicable law and whether its coverage requirements are met, rights may include knowing/accessing categories or copies of personal information, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limiting certain sensitive-data uses, and appealing a denial. We preserve these rights where applicable; these Terms and this Notice do not waive them. Information categories and purposes are described above. We do not enable sale, cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising in the initial release scope. If these activities are introduced, required notices, signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable, and opt-out mechanisms must operate before processing begins. State-law sensitive-data consent and adult-content access rules require separate location-aware implementation; this Notice is not evidence those controls have passed.
10. Adults, age checks and identity technologies EntizNet is intended for adults and does not knowingly permit minors. Report suspected underage use to privacysupport@entiznet.com or the safety/reporting tools. We investigate and take appropriate restriction, removal, reporting and lawful record-preservation steps. We may request identity images for manual or supported verification. This version does not authorize biometric identifiers, face-template extraction or automated biometric matching. Before deploying such processing, we must disclose the specific technology, purposes, providers, retention/destruction policy and applicable consent separately.
11. International processing and automated assistance Hosting, providers and authorized personnel may process information in the United States or other locations. Applicable transfer requirements and contractual protections must be assessed for locations served; US incorporation alone is not a transfer safeguard. Automated checks may help identify spam, prohibited contact-sharing, eligibility or abuse; translation and AI assistance may generate derived text. These tools can make mistakes. Report an incorrect restriction through support or applicable appeals. Original user text is preserved separately from translation where supported. We do not describe automated suggestions as legal or safety decisions or promise that no human can review sensitive content. Private data must not be repurposed for unrelated model training without separate lawful authorization.
12. Changes and contact We publish versioned notices and identify material changes. Where additional consent is required we obtain it separately; where renewed registration acceptance is required we record the exact new version. The acceptance of an old version is not rewritten silently. Privacy contact: privacysupport@entiznet.com. No public mailing address is currently designated; legal notices may be sent electronically to support@entiznet.com. For immediate danger use local emergency services, not the privacy request channel.
