1. Operator and scope These Terms govern EntizNet, including CreatorNet, EntiZly, ChannelStudio and the EntizNetStore access offered through EntizNet. EntizNet is currently operated as a pre-incorporation project for the intended US entity Entiznet LLC. Formation is pending and this text does not represent completed incorporation. No public mailing address is currently designated. Legal notices may be sent to support@entiznet.com. “EntizNet,” “we” and “us” refer to the current EntizNet project operator until the intended entity is formed and a revised version is published. Separate seller, creator, studio, payment or service terms apply only when disclosed and accepted for the relevant enabled feature; they cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.

2. Adults only and location restrictions You must be at least 18 and satisfy any higher minimum age required for the feature where you are located. You must not allow a minor to use your account or appear in adult content. We may request age, identity, business or rights verification and restrict access pending verification. An age checkbox is not a substitute for verification required by applicable law. Availability depends on operating location, service category and verified account capabilities. US incorporation does not make every feature lawful everywhere; restricted locations or categories remain unavailable until expressly enabled.

3. Accounts and acceptance Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate anyone, buy or transfer accounts without authorization, evade restrictions or submit false documents. A studio administrator may act only within granted authority and cannot impersonate a member or override a member’s consent. Registration records the exact Terms and Privacy Notice versions presented to you. A Privacy Notice acknowledgement is not consent to advertising, optional messages, biometric processing or other processing requiring separate consent.

4. Permitted services and current availability EntizNet is a platform for adults to access lawful social, creator, studio, commerce and, when specifically enabled, lawful companionship services. Companionship may include nonsexual lifestyle companionship, cuddling, escort accompaniment and properly licensed massage. Buying, selling, arranging or soliciting sexual encounters or sexual acts is prohibited. Calling a sexual service “companionship” does not make it permitted. Only functions actually enabled for your account and location are offered. At the initial nonpayment rollout, checkout, creator subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, monetary gifting, payouts and companion bookings remain unavailable until separately released. A listing, price, draft or preview does not establish an accepted booking, successful payment or entitlement. EntizNetStore purchases require an enabled storefront checkout and applicable seller terms.

5. Consent, dignity and prohibited conduct Participation must be freely chosen and consent specific, informed and revocable. A booking, payment, subscription, studio relationship or earlier consent never creates an obligation to consent to an activity or content publication. Stop when consent is withdrawn. Do not post or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, nonconsensual intimate material, sexual assault, covert recording, doxxing, threats, stalking, hate-based abuse, fraud, illegal goods or instructions facilitating illegal conduct. Do not upload manipulated intimate depictions of an identifiable person without their permission. Do not scrape private information, bypass entitlement controls, attack the service or access another account. Prescription products, where allowed, require the applicable prescription, seller authorization and location controls; do not use the platform to evade them.

6. Creator content, studios and rights You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant EntizNet a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and make technical adaptations of submitted content solely to operate the service, deliver the visibility you selected, moderate and secure the service, and meet legal obligations. This license is not permission to sell your identity, use private material in unrelated advertising or train unrelated AI models. Distribution to your chosen audience may require technical service providers to process the material for those purposes. You must have all necessary copyrights, adult-performer verification, consent and distribution rights for every identifiable participant and all material you submit. Do not publish a participant’s verification documents. Applicable performer recordkeeping and disclosure requirements must be satisfied before regulated content is published; these Terms do not establish an exemption or certify compliance. A studio must hold demonstrable authority for each member and publication. Revoked consent or rights must stop new use and access as required by the applicable rights workflow. Existing financial or dispute records may be retained where lawful; retention does not authorize continued publication. Downloads and copies made outside our control may not be technically recoverable, but you may report misuse.

7. Visibility, messaging and translation Public profiles and public posts may be viewed, copied or indexed outside EntizNet. Private, paid and verification information has separate access controls. Do not publish information you intend to keep private. When companion booking is enabled, preconfirmation messaging may block photos and contact details, including email, telephone, social handles and links, to prevent off-platform arrangements and protect the booking workflow. Obfuscated attempts may be refused and repeated violations restricted. These controls do not guarantee detection of every attempt. Translation and AI assistance can be inaccurate. Preserve and consult the original, verify important information and do not rely on generated output as legal, medical, safety or contractual authority. A generated suggestion does not create a booking or payment.

8. Transactions when separately enabled Before a transaction is released, its price, currency, platform fees, recurring terms if any, applicable cancellation/refund terms and seller/provider must be disclosed. No automatic renewal or recurring debit is authorized by these general Terms alone. A separate explicit checkout confirmation is required. Taxes, delivery costs and other mandatory charges must be shown as applicable before commitment. EntizNet does not guarantee earnings, visitors or sales. A virtual gift is not investment equity or a guaranteed redeemable balance. Payouts require verified eligibility and funded, reconciled transactions. Never send money based only on a chat or UI status. Mandatory refund, cancellation, dispute and consumer rights continue to apply despite any seller/provider policy. Providers and sellers remain responsible for their own lawful conduct, licenses and fulfillment; that does not exclude obligations that law imposes on EntizNet.

9. Safety, reports and enforcement Use the reporting and support tools to report content, coercion, rights violations, account abuse or privacy concerns. For immediate danger contact local emergency services. EntizNet is not an emergency service and does not promise continuous monitoring or a guaranteed response time. We may limit distribution, remove content, suspend capabilities or accounts, preserve evidence, or notify competent authorities when necessary for safety, legal obligations or enforcement. Where lawful and practicable, we provide a reason and a way to request review; urgent intervention or a legal restriction may limit what can be disclosed. Review requests must not contain retaliation or fabricated evidence. We assess copyright reports and repeat infringement; formal DMCA notices must use the designated-agent details published after actual designation. Until then use support@entiznet.com to report an alleged infringement without assuming a registered safe-harbor designation.

10. Account closure and service changes You may request deactivation or deletion through Account Security or contact support. Deactivation is not an immediate purge. We may retain limited records for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, outstanding disputes and defensible claims as explained in the Privacy Notice. Account closure does not authorize us to keep public content available where rights require removal. We may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any committed transaction obligations. Material changes to these Terms will be identified and, where required, presented for renewed acceptance. A changed page does not rewrite the version already recorded as accepted.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility The service may be interrupted and user content may contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that other users will perform as promised. You remain responsible for your own conduct and lawful content. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, liability that law does not allow us to exclude, or mandatory consumer remedies. These Terms impose no blanket waiver of privacy rights, no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver.

12. Disputes and interpretation Contact support@entiznet.com to seek resolution. The applicable governing-law and forum provision will be finalized after the actual operator and operating locations are confirmed; this version does not select Wyoming or Delaware merely because incorporation is planned there. Nothing requires you to surrender rights or remedies guaranteed by the law that applies to you. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue. No term overrides the requirement to act lawfully or respect another person’s consent.
